Welcome to TechnoML. By accessing or using our website, services, and digital applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
TechnoML offers custom web design and development, search engine optimization (SEO), mobile app development, branding, graphic design, and tech consulting. Any agreements, deliverables, and service scopes are specified in individual client project contracts.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when contacting us, requesting quotes, or applying for internships. You are responsible for ensuring that any materials, credentials, or information provided to us do not violate third-party rights.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in writing, all source code, design mockups, templates, logos, text, graphics, and videos developed by TechnoML are the intellectual property of TechnoML or our licensors. Upon full project payment, intellectual property rights for custom-built websites are transferred to the client as per contract terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
TechnoML will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services or website.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our website or services following changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madhya Pradesh/Haryana, India.
